The Team representing the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School advanced to the semi-finals of the 2025 All-European International Humanitarian and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition, ranking among the top four teams! This strong result confirms once again NKUA’s record of excellence in this demanding competition.

We are delighted to announce that on Monday 1 December 2025, 15:00-17:00, in Room A, Academias 45, 1st floor, Professor Panos Merkouris will be delivering a lecture on “Circumstances Precluding Wrongfulness in the Law of State Responsibility”  in the context of the 2025/26 Fundamentals of International Law.

It is announced that the "International Air, Space and Telecommunications Law" course shall henceforth be held at the Athens PIL Center, Academias 47, 3rd floor, according to the programme, every Thursday at 15.00-17.00. 

Students of the LL.M. in International and European Law 25-26 are requested to select the courses for the Winter Semester.

The process will take place exclusively online via the student portal my-uni from Friday, 17 October up to and including Monday, 20 October 2025.
