SCHOLARSHIPS - AWARDS

The Programme may award Academic Excellence Awards to the top-ranking student of each specialization upon completion of the first and second semester courses, following a proposal by the Steering Committee and a decision by the General Assembly of the Law School, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. These awards are non-monetary. The award certificate is signed by the Director of the LL.M. Programme and the Dean of the School of Law.

Outstanding LL.M. graduates may also be eligible for the “Awards for Academic Excellence” instituted by the “NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI” Publishing House, which recognise outstanding postgraduate students of Greece’s Law Schools. Aimed at supporting promising young legal scholars, these awards may include the publication of the LL.M. dissertation, educational programmes and access to specialised legal research resources.
