ANNOUNCEMENTS

We are happy to announce that on Tuesday 4 June 2024, 19.00-21.00 pm,  Dr. Enikő Horváth will give a guest lecture on the topic of "Investment Arbitration Amidst Crises" for the course “International Investment Law & Arbitration” in the context of the 2023/24 LL.M. in International & European Law. The lecture will take place at 45 Akadimias Str., 1st floor, Room B. Students and researchers are encouraged to join.

Dr. Enikő Horváth is a counsel and arbitrator specializing in international arbitration and public international law, in particular investor-State and inter-State disputes, human rights cases and matters involving international organizations. Until March 2024, she was a National Partner at Dechert and prior thereto held a senior position at Cleary Gottlieb. In the past sixteen years, she has represented parties in over two dozen international arbitrations and before the European Court of Human Rights.
