INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE (ICJ) - PUBLIC HEARINGS 30/01/2023

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) holds today, Monday 30 January 2023, public hearings on the request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by the Republic of Armenia in the case concerning the Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan).

Professor Linos-Alexander Sicilianos, former President of the European Court of Human Rights, Dean of the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, will take the floor and address the Court at around 10:40 a.m. CET.   The hearings will be streamed live and on demand (VOD) in the two official languages of the Court, English and French, on the Court’s website and on UN Web TV: https://lnkd.in/dNBbcgtD
