INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE (ICJ) - PUBLIC HEARINGS - ARMENIA V. AZERBAIJAN
From 15 April 2024 until today, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has been holding the public hearings on the preliminary objections raised by Azerbaijan in the case concerning the Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan).
Armenia is represented, inter alios, by our very own, Professor Linos-Alexander Sicilianos, former President of the European Court of Human Rights, Dean of the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
