KONSTANTINOS MANIKAS


Konstantinos Manikas is a qualified attorney, admitted to the Athens Bar. He is an associate in the EU, Competition & Antitrust department of Potamitis-Vekris Law Firm, advising on all areas of competition law, including cartels and restrictive practices, abuse of dominance and merger control, as well as on State aid law and internal market rules. He also advises clients on issues related to regulatory compliance and enforcement in a variety of industries, including telecoms, energy and aviation, as well as on regulatory aspects of commercial transactions and privatizations. He holds an LL.M. in EU law from the University of Athens (Summa cum Laude) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. on the role of the individual in the EU legal order. Aside from his practice, since 2017, he has been giving lectures to Erasmus law students at the University of Athens on topics related to the EU legal order. Furthermore, as of October 2021, he is a teaching assistant at the EU law LL.M. of the University of Athens.
